1. Do I have to be 18 or older to order?

Returns & Exchanges

6.Can I return my order?

Not all products can be returned.
Hygiene products , such as sex toys, lingerie and care products, are excluded from returns if they have been used or if the seal has been broken.

7. Can I exchange lingerie if it doesn't fit?

Yes, exchanging is possible under strict conditions :

• The lingerie is unused and unwashed

• The product has only been tried on

• The hygiene liner is completely intact

• All labels are still attached

If the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged, exchange or return is not possible .

8. I tried on lingerie with an extra pair of panties. Can I exchange it?

No. Trying on an extra slip does not entitle you to an exchange or return if the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged.

9.How do I report a return or exchange?

10. Products

Can sex toys be returned?

No. Sex toys cannot be returned if the packaging or seal has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

Yes. All products we sell are new, unused, and carefully packaged .
